Modular Building, Satellite office. London

In response to a brief to provide suitable modular constructed space to facilitate the contunuation of a registered office base for a London corporate, we developed a scheme for a fast-track modular constructed space that was delivered to site in two component parts and craned into position to sit within a constrained site, amongst an array of TPO'd planting. The office module was landed on to a series of micro-piles carefully embedded between the sensitive root structure.
